Pricing Notice

  • All prices listed are base estimates only.
  • The Luxe Hound reserves the right to adjust pricing based on your dog’s size, coat condition, behaviour, and the time required to complete the groom.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
  • Severe matting
  • Excessive shedding
  • Extra grooming time required


Additional Charges Policy

At The Luxe Hound, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and stress-free grooming experience for every dog.

Please note that additional charges may apply for dogs that:

  • Arrive severely matted
  • Display aggressive behaviour
  • Are excessively uncooperative during their appointment

These situations often require extra time, care, and handling to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both your pet and our grooming staff. Wherever possible, we will inform you of any potential additional charges prior to proceeding.


Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of collection.
  • Accepted payment methods:
  • Cash
  • EFTPOS
  • Direct deposit
  • All direct deposit payments must be completed prior to collecting your dog.


Collection Policy

  • You will be notified when your dog’s groom is nearing completion and advised of a collection time.
  • Unless otherwise arranged prior to the appointment, dogs must be collected within 30 minutes of the advised collection time.
  • A late collection fee will apply for every additional 30 minutes beyond this grace period.


Behaviour Policy

For the safety of all dogs and staff, The Luxe Hound reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for dogs displaying aggressive behaviour.

Please inform us in advance of any known behavioural concerns so we can best accommodate your dog.
