At The Luxe Hound, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and stress-free grooming experience for every dog.
Please note that additional charges may apply for dogs that arrive severely matted, display aggressive behaviour, or are excessively uncooperative during their appointment.
These situations often require extra time, care, and handling to ensure the safety and well-being of both your pet and our grooming staff. We will always do our best to inform you of any potential charges in advance whenever possible.

The Luxe Hound reserves the right to adjust pricing based on your dog’s size, coat condition, behaviour, or grooming time required.
Additional charges may apply for extra time, matting, or excessive shedding.
Behaviour Policy:
For the safety of all, dogs displaying aggressive behaviour may be refused service and sent home.
Please let us know in advance if your dog has any behavioural concerns.
